PHPBee is an RSS newsfeed source directory
service on the server side and a client for this service written
in PHP-GTK on the client side. For more information, see
the Developer's Manual and the PHP conference
slides.
This project was created for a 2002 PHP Conference
session, titled "Writing rich clients
for your web application with PHP-GTK and XML-RPC". The future of
PHPBee will be driven by user and developer interest. If there will
be no active interest in it, then the first version will be available
for download for those interested in PHP-GTK rich client development,
but further enhancements will not be available. Everybody is welcome
to help in this situation, the current code (inner API) is very
well documented, so it should be easy to start.
This project also includes a new XML-RPC implementation,
which is quite flexible, and encourages current XML-RPC standards
and proposals. This may evolve as a side-project in the future...
This project would not be in its current shape, without
our kind sponsors. Thanks to

name and email services
